How long will it take to recieve your order
we will try our best to get your order out as soon as possible but could take up to 3 days to process your order for delivery . once it is processed , your order will be delivered which it can take up to 5 working days .
once a package is out for delivery , any questions we will try to answer but if it is regarding the postal carrier , we will direct your query to the relevant carrier .
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please make sure to include your complete address and do not use any abbreviations . We need your full address to ensure delivery including full name , building name or number , street name , town /city and post code .
any incorrect address information may or can cause parcels to be lost in transit .
If you have provided an incorrect address at checkout and we have shipped your package , unfortunately there is nothing we can do unless the parcel is returned to us .If the parcel is returned to us we will contact you .
Please carefully review your order confirmation email to ensure you provided us with the correct address , As the address entered at checkout is the address we will deliver to .
If you need to contact us about an address change we are more than happy to change address in our system . If we are unable to change the address prior to your order being shipped , your order may be delivered to the original address .
RETURNS POLICY
due to the fragile nature of some of our items especially sola wood flower products cannot be returned at this time .
CANCELLATION POLICY
cancellations are offered on an individual basis and only if the order has not gone out for delivery
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY ;
exchanges , refunds and credits will not be given after 10 days of receiving a product .
the customer is responsible for reading the product discription .
DAMAGED FLOWERS ,
Please be aware that sola flowers are made with a soft wood and handmade .
we try to keep the quality high and pack our items with love and care .
During the delivery process there might be very minor cosmetic issues like slight damage to petals or chips and would not be eligible for replacement .
Also as these are individually handmade not all will be identical which makes them unique .
Some of our flowers come coloured and might very slightly especially when we get a new batch done .
In an event that your flowers come damaged or the box has been damaged please take a photo and contact us and we will try our best to support you on this .
Please once you have received the flowers take out of the packaging so they do not become squashed if left for a period of time.
We reserve the right to change our products ,pricing and sales at any time .
Pettzy gifty trends reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason .
